West Nine Condos Laguna Niguel



West Nine Condos are located in Laguna Niguel. They are on Crown Valley Parkway and close to Clubhouse Drive.  This is a lovely condo complex that was originally built in 1971 and is located next to the 7th and 8th hole of the El Niguel Country Club golf course.  

Many of the units in this neighborhood will have nice golf course and lake views and come with a detached 2 car garage.  The complex has two and three bedroom units that range from 1,044 to 1,213 square feet of living space with large two car garages, some are detached.

The first unit in this complex was completed in 1971. The all have Spanish tile roofs, lathe and plaster walls, and adjoining second floor attic space. The walls are thick, this construction style is from a by-gone time, which adds sound proofing between the units. Water and trash are included in the HOA bill of $402 a month.
