DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM   I am pleased to announce the addition of Conventional Loans to the Down Payment Assitance Platinum Program. Homebuyers can now apply for the down payment assistance grant providing up to five percent gift when qualifying for a fixed-rate 30-year Conventional Fannie Mae First Mortgage. Previously, the grant program was only available in conjunction with FHA, VA or USDA First Mortgages.
